These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services made available by Space Living Global Solutions Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") through any website, mobile application, WhatsApp, phone, or offline channels (collectively, the "Platform"), and the services provided through such Platform (the "Services").
These Terms also include our privacy practices and any additional guidelines, policies, or disclaimers issued from time to time ("Supplemental Terms"). In the event of any conflict, the Supplemental Terms shall prevail.
By using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
1. Service Scope and Platform Role
(a) The Company provides a platform that enables users to discover, schedule, and avail a variety of services including construction, interior design, facility management, and home services. The Platform acts as a medium through which users can connect with service providers and manage their service requirements in an organized manner.
(b) The Company may provide services either directly through its internal teams or through independent third-party service providers ("Service Professionals"). In cases involving third-party professionals, the Company's role is limited to facilitation, coordination, and payment handling, and does not extend to direct supervision of execution.
(c) The Company does not guarantee the availability, quality, timeliness, or suitability of services rendered by Service Professionals. All such professionals operate independently and are solely responsible for the execution and completion of the services provided to users.
(d) The Services are intended for use within India. If accessed or used from outside India, the user does so at their own risk and agrees to comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.
2. User Registration and Account Responsibility
(a) To access certain features of the Platform, users may be required to register and create an account by providing accurate and complete details including name, phone number, and email address. Users must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
(b) You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Any unauthorized use of your account must be immediately reported to the Company to prevent misuse or security breaches.
(c) The Company reserves the right to verify user information and to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false, incomplete, or misleading details, or that are found to be in violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
3. User Content and Platform Interactions
(a) The Platform may allow users to submit reviews, feedback, images, videos, or other content ("User Content"). Such content must be lawful, accurate, and must not infringe any third-party rights or applicable laws.
(b) By submitting User Content, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, and royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute such content for operational, marketing, and legal purposes without any additional consent or compensation.
(c) The Company reserves the right to monitor, remove, or restrict any User Content that is deemed inappropriate, misleading, offensive, or in violation of these Terms, without prior notice to the user.
4. Data Usage and Privacy Practices
(a) The Company may collect personal data including contact details, location, service history, and usage behavior to facilitate service delivery and enhance user experience. Such data collection is necessary for the proper functioning of the Platform.
(b) By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your data for purposes including customer support, analytics, service improvement, and promotional communication.
(c) The Company may share relevant data with Service Professionals, affiliates, or authorized third-party vendors strictly for service execution or legal compliance. The Company shall take reasonable measures to protect user data in accordance with applicable laws.
5. Booking, Scheduling and Confirmation
(a) Users may request services by selecting service type, location, and preferred schedule through the Platform. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the Company or assigned Service Professional.
(b) A booking is considered confirmed only after acceptance and, where applicable, receipt of advance or full payment. The Company may communicate confirmation via call, SMS, email, or WhatsApp.
(c) The Company reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel bookings due to operational constraints, unavailability of Service Professionals, or unforeseen circumstances, while making reasonable efforts to inform the user.
(d) Users are responsible for providing accurate service requirements and site details. Any incorrect or incomplete information may lead to additional charges, delays, or cancellation of the booking.
6. Pricing, Charges and Payment Conditions
(a) The Company determines pricing based on factors such as service type, complexity, location, materials, and time requirements. Prices displayed or quoted are indicative and may change depending on actual site conditions or additional requirements.
(b) Charges may include service fees, labour costs, material costs, transportation, equipment usage, platform fees, and applicable taxes. Additional charges may apply for extra work not included in the original scope.
(c) Payments must be made through approved methods such as UPI, bank transfer, debit/credit cards, or cash where applicable. The Company reserves the right to restrict or modify payment options at its discretion.
(d) In case of delayed or non-payment, the Company reserves the right to suspend or stop services, withhold deliverables, and initiate recovery or legal action if necessary.
7. Cancellation, Refund and Rescheduling Policy
(a) Users may cancel bookings subject to applicable cancellation charges depending on the stage of confirmation and service execution. Late cancellations may attract higher charges.
(b) Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting costs already incurred, including labour, materials, or travel expenses. Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment method used.
(c) Once a service has been completed or substantially executed, refund requests may not be entertained unless explicitly approved by the Company under exceptional circumstances.
(d) Rescheduling of services is subject to availability and operational feasibility, and the Company reserves the right to accept or decline such requests.
8. Customer Conduct and Service Environment
(a) Users are expected to maintain respectful and professional behaviour towards Service Professionals at all times. Any abusive, threatening, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.
(b) Users must ensure a safe and suitable working environment, including access to necessary utilities such as water, electricity, and proper entry permissions.
(c) Service Professionals have the right to refuse or discontinue services if the environment is unsafe or if the user behaves inappropriately. In such cases, no refund may be provided.
9. Third-Party Services and External Links
(a) The Platform may include services or components provided by third-party vendors. The Company does not control or guarantee the accuracy, quality, or reliability of such services.
(b) Any engagement with third-party services is at the user's own risk and subject to the terms and policies of those third parties. The Company shall not be held liable for any issues arising from such engagements.
10. User Obligations and Restrictions
(a) Users agree not to misuse the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities. Any attempt to disrupt the Platform or access unauthorized systems is strictly prohibited.
(b) Users shall not directly engage Service Professionals outside the Platform for similar services introduced through the Company, as this violates platform integrity and business terms.
(c) Users must cooperate with the Company and Service Professionals by providing accurate information, timely approvals, and necessary support for smooth service execution.
11. Intellectual Property Rights
(a) All content, trademarks, designs, logos, and materials available on the Platform are the property of the Company or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
(b) Users are granted a limited, non-transferable right to use the Platform for personal purposes only and shall not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without prior written consent.
12. Service Disclaimer and Warranty Limitation
(a) The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
(b) The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific outcomes from the services availed.
(c) The Company shall not be responsible for any delays, damages, or losses arising due to factors beyond its control, including actions of Service Professionals.
13. Limitation of Liability
(a) To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of Services.
(b) The total liability of the Company shall be limited to the amount paid by the user for the specific service if its proved.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or breach of applicable laws.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
(a) These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
(b) Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
(c) Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably, failing which they shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

The Company will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues within a reasonable timeframe.
17. General Provisions
(a) The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and continued use of the Platform shall constitute acceptance of such changes.
(b) If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to remain in full force.
(c) Failure by the Company to enforce any provision shall not be considered a waiver of its rights.
